99 A TROUBLESHOOTING This section provides trouleshooting instructions for the VEGA Bnknote Vlidtor including the following informtion: Introduction Trouleshooting Overview Fult Tle Listings LED Indiction Conditions Introduction Most Vlidtor filures result from minor cuses. Before replcing ny prts, e sure tht ll ssemly nd circuit ord connectors re properly fitted, with reltive hrnesses properly connected. Poor performnce y the Vlidtor is often cused when dust or foreign ojects dhere to the sensors, rollers nd elts. With power OFF, clen the Bnknote insertion section first, then crefully oserve the operting stte of the Vlidtor when re-initilizing power. This oservtion is importnt in locting ny cuses of filure nd the possile fult loction. VEGA Series Bnknote Vlidtor Appendix A Perform ll repirs y referring to Clirtion nd Testing in Section 6 nd Disssemly/Ressemly instructions in Section 4 of this Mnul. Trouleshooting Overview This product llows the opertor to perform fult dignosis y checking vrious Fult Tle Listings ginst the symptoms. Survey the cuse(s) of ny filure occurrences during the process. After determining the cuse of filure, repir the Unit y replcing ny prts tht my e necessry. Conduct the Performnce Tests, nd then perform Sensor re-djustment to complete the repir.
