3 Steps fr Adding RecrdedAudi Frm Micrsft Supprt 1. Select Recrd Audi. PwerPint 2. Type in a name fr yur audi file, select Recrd, and then speak. 3. T review yur recrding, select Stp and then selectplay. 4. Select Recrd t re-recrd yur clip, r select OK if yu re satisfied. 5. T mve yur clip, select and drag the audi icn t where yu want it n the slide. *NOTE: If yu re using mre than ne audi file per slide, it s advisable t put the audi icn in the same spt n a slide t find it easily. 6. Select Play.

4 Adjust Recrded Audi PwerPint Select the Audi Tls Playbacktab, and then select which ptins yu'd like t use: T trim the audi, select Trimand then use the red and green sliders t trim the audi file accrdingly. T fade in r fade ut audi, change the number in the FadeDuratin bxes. T adjust vlume, select Vlume and select the setting yuprefer. T chse hw the audi file starts, select thedrpdwn arrw and select an ptin: On Click Plays the audi file autmatically witha click. Autmatically Plays autmatically nce yu advance t the slide that the audi file isn. T chse hw the audi plays in yur presentatin, select anptin: Play Acrss Slides Plays ne audi file acrss allslides. Lpuntil Stpped Plays an audi file n lp until it s stpped manually by clicking the Play/Pausebuttn. T have the audi play cntinuusly acrss all slides in the backgrund, select Play in Backgrund.
