Changes of the measured power factor durng ths perod don t affect the state of the output relays and. After the nterval has expred the green llumnates steadly. Apples to all cases of applcatons: The adjusted threshold cosφ1 always has to be adjusted more to the rght than cosφ2. Otherwse both output relays swtch nto off-poston (both red LEDs Falure flash alternately). The followng specfcatons should avod ncorrect settngs: Montorng of nductve loads: Both thresholds have to be adjusted n the left half (ID) of the cosφ-scale. Montorng of capactve loads: Both thresholds have to be adjusted n the rght half (KAP) of the cosφ-scale. If the measured power factor falls below or exceeds the adjusted wndow both output relays swtch nto off-poston. Fault latch The fault latch can be actvated va brdge between the termnals Y1 and Y2. If the fault latch s actvated and a falure has occured (red LED of the correspondng threshold or red LED Temp llumnated), the falure can only be reset f no fault s actve any more and by nterruptng the supply voltage, by pressng the reset-ey or by openng the brdge. After resettng the falure and re-applyng to the supply voltage, the output relays and swtch nto on-poston agan and the measurng cycle begns wth the set nterval of the start-up suppresson tme (). ote: The fault latch remans actve nspte of a I=0 recognton! When the current flow restores, the measurng cycle s restarted wth the set nterval of the start-up suppresson tme () (green flashes). I=0 Temperature montorng of the motor wndng If the supply voltage s appled (green llumnated) and the cumulatve resstance of the PTC-crcut s less than 3.6Ω (standard temperature of the motor), the output relay swtches nto on-poston f no other falure s appled! When the comulatve resstance of the PTCcrcut exceeds 3.6Ω (at least one of the PTCs has reached the cutoff temperature), the output relay swtches nto off-poston (yellow LED not llumnated) and a falure wll be ndcated (red LED Temp llumnated). The output relay swtches nto on-poston agan (yellow LED llumnated) respectvely the falure wll be cancelled (red LED Temp not llumnated), f the cumulatve resstance drops below 1.8Ω by coolng down of the PTC. If the fault latch s actvated, a press of th reset-ey s requred to cancel the temperature falure.
