Wth reference to your SRTPV applcaton, approval s herewth accorded for nstallng Solar RTPV system of kwp on your rooftop as per followng terms and condtons: 1. You are requested to select a reputed system nstaller* of your choce, to nstall the SRTPV System, who have experence n desgn, supply and nstallaton of SRTPV system and complete the SRTPV system nstalled on your rooftop buldng. 2. You have to select an nverter from BESCOM approved & empanelled manufacturers lst only (Format-13). The vendors lst of nverter manufacturers can be downloaded from BESCOM webste. Copy of Test Certfcates for havng compled wth relevant IEC standards of the model shall be submtted (Format 6C). 3. All the other components of Solar RTPV system shall comply wth applcable IS/IEC standards. Lst attached. 4. You have to upgrade nfrastructure (servce man, meter wth CT s) wherever requred, at your own cost. 5. B-drectonal meter shall be purchased from BESCOM approved vendors (as per BESCOM approved Techncal specfcatons) and to be fxed at net-meterng pont. 6. Name and address of the BESCOM approved Inverter manufacturers (Format-13) and B-drectonal Meter vendors (Format-15) s avalable n the BESCOM webste 7. At the tme of synchronzaton, the exstng meterng wrng wll be changed to solar power generaton sde n presence of AEE/EE, MT, BESCOM to measure solar generaton. 8. The Applcant shall provde check meters when the SRTPV system s more than 20kWp. 9. In case of L.T. Power Installatons, f the proposed capacty of the SRTPV system s hgher than 50kWp, then, as per KERC tarff Order, the Applcant/Developer shall provde evacuaton faclty up to the nterconnecton pont by extendng 11 KV lne and provdng the Dstrbuton transformer & protecton equpment.

2 10. You are requested to submt the followng documents after nstallaton of Solar RTPV system: a. At the tme of synchronzaton, the exstng meterng wrng shall be changed to solar power generaton sde n presence of AEE/EE, O&M and MT, BESCOM to measure solar generaton. b. If the grd connectvty s on L.T.sde, the applcant shall fx Bescom approved L.T. Meter wth C.T. s to read solar generaton, as approved by E.E. M.T. Dvson, Bescom. c. For HT nstallatons B-drectonal meter of 0.2s class of accuracy shall be purchased from BESCOM approved vendors (as per BESCOM approved Techncal specfcatons) and to be fxed at net-meterng pont n consultaton wth the EE, MT dvson. For HT nstallatons, f the exstng meter cubcle s havng 2 element system of 2 CTs, 2 PTs and meterng wth three wre system, t shall be replaced by 3 element system of 3 CTs, 3 PTs and meterng wth four wre system. 11. You are requested to submt the followng documents after completon of Solar RTPV system nstallaton: Facltaton fee of Rs.1000/- upto 5kWp, Rs.2000/- for above 5.0 kwp and upto 50 kwp and Rs.5000/- for above 50 kwp and upto 1MWp shall be pad and enclose the copy of recept. Test Certfcate of b-drectonal meter from MT dvson, BESCOM. Inspecton Report by CEI, GoK (For capacty above 10kWp only). Copy of Power Purchase Agreement on Rs.200/- stamp paper wth BESCOM. Work completon report from system Installer as per Format-6A. Frst sheet of Bank pass book contanng detals of Name of the Bank, Type of account, Account No, Name of the Branch, IFSC code etc., *Please note that BESCOM shall not be held responsble for any legal dsputes between the applcant and SRTPV system nstaller arsng out of the contract. Ths approval s vald for 180 days from the date of ths letter and the SRTPV system s to be commssoned wthn ths perod, falng whch the approval wll be treated as cancelled.
